Buying Process

We purchase houses to help owners that have not been able to keep up on their mortgages.  We can also help with inherited property, or divorce situations.

• An associate or I will come over and take a look at your property to assess the condition and any needed repairs.  We will take pictures for the buyer.
• Gather information about your current mortgage
• I will do my homework and make you an offer on the house.
• If you accept we will sign a contract and I will make the arrangements for the closing
• Normally you will need to be packed and moved out by closing. 
• A final inspection will be conducted to make sure the house is in the same condition and you will be paid the agreed upon price.
